Our mission is to provide valid and relevant resource materials for all professionals involved in personal, team and organisational development.
We have created our range of products to cover a wide variety of applications and situations, and you will find questionnaires, inventories, and self-assessment tools, all designed to raise self-awareness, and to stimulate reflection and discussion with clients on an individual or group basis. These tools have been specifically commissioned using occupational psychologists and experienced practitioners working in the field.
You will also find some materials we have found from our experience to be helpful to use with clients during the coaching and career counselling process, such as goal setting charts.
We plan to develop and add more tools and materials over time and would welcome your suggestions.
